Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on

weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please

allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your

order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will update you if there are any delays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses

Sildamax-Online currently only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom, unless your credit or Debit card is registered to a P.O Box we do NOT SHIP TO THESE TYPE OF ADDRESSES

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your

tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (Outside the EU)

Sildamax-Online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All

fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We do not currently ship to countries outside the European Union (we are planning to ship to select countries within the EU soon. No date has been set)

Damages

Sildamax-Online is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please contact the Royal Mail with your tracking number to file a claim. Royal Mail Claims

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom and Central Europe

Returns Policy

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We know from your tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened or damaged.

Your item needs to have the packing slip or invoice returned with its proof of purchase.
