Our payment and refunds policy is laid out below.

Payments

As online retailers our Payments and Refund policy is simple

We accept payment by any of the following methods:

  1. Credit and Debit Cards
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. PayPal Invoice Pay
  4. Wire Transfer (coming soon)
  5. Escrow (coming soon)
  • Credit and Debit Car Payments

    We accept all major European cards. Payment is not processed at checkout, but to your details are encrypted and sent to a secure server for processing.

  • Bank Transfer (BAC)

    A Quick and Easy payment method. You send your purchase payment directly to our bank account. use the checkout page as normal, you’ll receive an email with the payment details. Either set-up a new payee on your account or ask your bank to transfer on your behalf.

  • PayPal Invoice Payments

    You may have noticed that many online retailers we do not accept PayPal directly at our checkout. This is because will not accept payment via its gateway but will accept invoice payments. Paying this way MAY delay the processing of your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
